Located in Haslemere, Surrey, Kemnal provides a two-storey, sheltered accommodation for up to seven residents with the services of a house manager.
Kemnal House is designed to foster continuing independence for more active older people while providing amenities to prevent loneliness and to provide companionship.

Home-from-Home Comfort
The seven bed-sitting style rooms benefit from good natural light, are pleasantly decorated, fully carpeted and have freestanding wardrobes.
A hot plate and refrigerator in each room enables residents to prepare their own breakfast and afternoon tea independently whilst the House Manager serves two daily meals home made from fresh locally sourced ingredients.
Views vary from room to room although all offer a good degree of privacy. Each resident is encouraged to personalise their living space with furniture items, ornaments and pictures and Kemnal has a wonderful “homely” feel throughout the building.
For security and safety, all rooms have an emergency call system with a personal alarm pendant connecting the occupant to an external monitoring unit.
Our ‘silver surfing’ residents can take advantage of Wi-Fi and the large, beautifully decorated lounge encourages residents to meet together to watch television, play games or entertain themselves with the piano area.
High-quality Cuisine
At Kemnal House, our house manager serves two main meals a day from a varied and balanced daily menu and supplies residents with the basic ingredients enabling them to prepare their own breakfasts and afternoon tea in their own rooms.
The two main meals are cooked in our own well-equipped, clean kitchen and to ensure freshness, we source locally produced fresh meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. Drinks and snacks are also served throughout the day and we happily cater for special diets and food preferences.
Out & About
Haslemere town centre is a 10-minute walk from Kemnal and offers a variety of local shops while Guildford is accessible via a bus service from the High Street.
There is ample free, on-site parking for residents and visitors.
Health
Kemnal House is served by a local doctors’ surgery or alternatively family doctors will visit the house.
